I am a Data analyst at Mapbox. Working on improving openstreetmap.org :) Most of things that we do are open and open source!

used to do tech support for a web hosting company, then got promoted to unix adminstrator.
now i walk dogs.

looking to get back into the it field, though.

I am a teacher in a secondary school in Germany (Rhineland-Palatinate). My subjects are Maths, Biology, English, Computing, Ethic and GL, which is a combination of geography, social studies and history.

I'm an aerospace engineer.  My field is what got me into Linux, actually, because in grad school (and now also) we used large remote Linux clusters to run simulations.

Now I'm a 52 year old part-time Computing degree student but I'll probably switch to a Maths & Stats degree and then teach myself some Python, R and C/C++.

I had a fresh start this month in the job, systems administrator for Windows still,
but now at http://www.sw-rottenburg.de/, (this means "municipal utility"), south of Germany.
Looks good after the first week   8)

Had also learned Laboratory Assistant about 20 years ago, drove truck for a living and some stupid things.   >:D
