A student biochemistry/biotechnology here. And I think we're actually going to make beer in the next semester, that'll be a lot of fun :D

EDIT: Oh yes, and for a living, my vacation job is picking pears and apples in an orchard. Lots of fun to drive around with tractors ^^

I think Handy and Thundersqueak have to have two of the best jobs in the world! Food tester and Beer taster!  ;D ;D Granted the ideas I have in my head are probably a lot more romantic than the reality but they still sound like cool jobs methinks!  ;)

I don't think that the genmanipulated food is always healthy. Nobodys know if it's good or bad for the health.

Call me old-fashioned but I don't trust genetically modified food.

Engineering process improvement consutant, IT technologist and a professional genealogist (probably one of the few here).

I'm what is jokingly called an IT Analyst.  In other words I try and keep Windows PC's running  ;D

@ rabideau And I'm also a genealogist, although not professionally  :)

I'm sure that wasn't really their names, but I get what you're getting at, genetically we are all related.  Makes a nonsense at what you see on the news doesn't it  ;D

@ph what areas do you research?  My stuff is mostly on: http://many-roads.com

As for the unhealthy food thing, remember eat healthy, exercise, and you still die... that's where the genealogy kicks in again.  Ah life is a beautiful circle.  :P

Lol   :D
There is some serious humour in this thread, now I feel pressured to say something funny too  :D

Well I do 3 part time jobs  :'(  one is in a wine/booze shop (as a seller not a costumer  :P )   one is doing internet queries for companies (so they target their audiences better or learn from mistakes ie. from previous campaigns) and translation as well. And  I monitor people on facebook, twitter, forums etc  ::)   The third job is brand new, just started, and I will be making keywords for all types of entertainment, through different medias, so peoples search experiences get better on their entertainment systems etc. And a little translation here as well.

Merry christmas everyone  ;D

Cheers
Simgin
