It's listed as unknown on the mirror status list here: http://repo.manjaro.org/

The Belgian Belnet mirror had the same problem a while ago, it would always timeout. And it was also listed as unknown. So there's a similarity here.

I saw a post where someone was complaining about that mirror server. They couldn't understand why pacman-mirrors -g would put a server that doesn't work on the top of their mirrorlist.

Well, manjaro-mirrors might have put it there when it was working. If it doesn't work it is not listed. pacman-mirrors -g would have generated a new working one. Seems also both Chinese mirrors have some issues. I've mailed them all.

A Chinese mirror was the fastest on my machine one day & then miserably slow the next. I removed both of the Chinese mirrors from my Custom mirrorlist.
