looks easy but is not. hard work put into the logo. you make, testing and look  ;D

Sorry friend, I know you have put alot of work into these themes but to say its NOT easy is misleading and may deter others from trying. If you get hold of a theme such as the default KSplash and simply replace the images used keeping to the correct sizes, anyone with an idea could achieve this within an hour. To create a theme from scratch I would agree isn't the easiest but on saying that you haven't created from scratch yet have you? Both my themes are re-makes of other peoples work and I have credited them for it. Maybe if Ringo has an idea we could point him in the right direction or at least offer to help.  ;)

Can we please chill out on all the green? If I download one more version of kde thats green everything my head's going to blow up. Just because the manjaro logo is only green and white that doesn't mean everything needs to be green. Personally I would like to see some shades of blue or anything else really.

Generally, I use Gimp and Inkscape (70%). Using Photoshop (30%)

Mostly I use your imagination :)
