dbus errors
« on: 09. May 2016, 08:41:32 »
After an update, all of a sudden the dbus commands for suspend and hibernate do not work anymore. Starting the suspend command from a terminal gives this:

Code: [Select]
dbus-send --system --dest=org.freedesktop.ConsoleKit --type=method_call --print-reply --reply-timeout=2000 /org/freedesktop/ConsoleKit/Manager org.freedesktop.ConsoleKit.Manager.Suspend boolean:true
Error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

When i start the same command using oblogout  (Exit -> Suspend) the result is a screenlock but not a suspend. I do not think the dbus policy might be involved, since for all other aspects it seems to work correctly (pamac-manager, manjaro-settings etc).
