How to enable scroll by clicking on wheel

how can i enable wheel clicking to scroll pages? i can't find any options to enable it

as far as I know it is a windows only function. Never saw it on linux.

sorry but maybe i'm explained bad (my english it's very bad).
in my ubuntu machine i've this option that if i click on mouse wheel i can scroll the page on firefox,chrome or other windows(libreoffice etc etc) only moving mouse up or down...now i can enable this on manjaro deepin?

i've seen xmodmap but i can change only keyboard settings not mouse or am i wrong?

you can change anything.
But what you;re looking for is "autoscroll" and it's a browser specific setting.
Firefox > preferences > advanced > autoscrolling
Chrome > https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/autoscroll/occjjkgifpmdgodlplnacmkejpdionan
