Intel and 1080 HD videos

Hi guys! I have a problem with 1080 videos: I can't watch them smoothly. I think it's because of the CPU, which gets risen to huge levels when I see these videos.

After reading reading this and installing libva-intel-driver-g45-h264, it works a bit better, but the problem still remains.

Well, you have to take into account that the graphics is built into the CPU so that takes a toll, and the "video memory" isa just shared memory from main system memory.
So at the very least check your BIOS and see what it is set at for memory being used for the video system. That would be a logical 1st step.

YUa know jonathon, you cut right to it.    That really does narrow it a bit. Should have thought to ask OP that as well.
