simple dwm
« on: 13. April 2016, 17:38:41 »
Hi, I want to show you my desktop, it's just dwm, feh and conky, nothing else. ^-^

This is my first attempt, I never tried this before. Based on Manjaro 16.06 Net Edition.

Very nice, I would love to see more screenshots of your desktop, with menu etc. (use scrot -d 5 for delay of 5 seconds)! I once tried a distro with dwm, but was not ready back then for such a minimalistic desktop, but now I feel tempted.
I would like more users exploring WMs and DEs outside from the prebuilt editions. ;)

Thanks guys  :) I think this is a better spot for conky:

I don't know what to show you, there is no menus, window borders etc. ;) but I can show you Chromium and terminal in stacking (or floating) mode:

Yeah, I also like combining conky an panel so the conky is visible all the time.
