Interesting, thanks.

- chromium & co replaced by ff, ok, question of taste

- kcalc an kmymoney brings a lot of KDE things depending of KDE. I try to avoid it in the ISO self

- octopi-notifier-frameworks already replaced in my current profile

- mhwd-chroot must work when run from the menu. I will have a look

- xcursors-menda was a users demand, i will remove it

- i wll see for the cursors, thanks

- The white font color setting for the panel makes the calendar dates unreadable, I changed this to a light grey or gray.

How, please ? I note the same problem.

Yes I know. I wasn't making application suggestions, I was just observing that uninstalling these apps via the command line didn't mess up MPV, uninstalling them from Octopi did. There just has to be a dependency being removed via octopi that MPV needs that pacman is not.

I just find Kmymoney to be the easiest and most intuitive opensource finance application to use, besides who want's a personal finance application installed by a default anyway, as you say a matter personal taste ;)

I didn't check mhwd-chroot from the live media, just from the installed system.

Right click panel > Configure Panel > Click on font color > slide down to desired color, or enter the desired values in the fields provided.
Optionally, you could also manually edit ~/.config/lxqt/panel.conf.

Works, thanks, but all fonts of the panel are changed, so less visible.

Yea, it's a matter of finding a good balance. For me that setting works, but for others a bit lighter or darker or maybe even a different color combination between the panel and the fonts altogether would be better.

I opened an issue on their github, see HERE.

(edit)

I you uncheck custom styling, the problem disappears, it's true.

I don't like default Windows 10 style. I've changed theme but tooltips became unreadable: white fonts with white background (the same happens with calendar).

hi, after using (and loving it) and installed it, i noticed that under firefox there is a lack of checkboxes form (see my screen capture)

on the live iso it's the same,
test : install firefox (45.0.1 as for now) and try to login to manjaro's forum and check the "Always stay logged in" option, it's gone !

no problem on chromium.

any clue ?

Hi! I try to use this release and I meet some troubles:
1. partially support RTL (for my instance - hebrew)
2. Missing widget for keyboard switching
3. No bluetooth support at all
4. Partially dual-monitor support (I can't save Nvidia settings)
All another things works well and fast
sorry for my poor english

Hi! I try to use this release and I meet some troubles:

2. Missing widget for keyboard switching
...
Hello and welcome!
1. I would guess that you need to install a Hebrew font, maybe culmus from AUR https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Fonts#Hebrew
Then set this font in lxappearance (for gtk apps) and in lxqt-config-appearance for qt5 applications.
2. Maybe you will be ok without a widget, you can edit the xorg file like advised here https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Keyboard_configuration_in_Xorg#Using_X_configuration_files
Quote
/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/00-keyboard.conf
---------------------
Section "InputClass"
        Identifier "system-keyboard"
        MatchIsKeyboard "on"
        Option "XkbLayout" "cz,us"
        Option "XkbModel" "pc104"
        Option "XkbVariant" ",dvorak"
        Option "XkbOptions" "grp:alt_shift_toggle"
EndSection

Edit: There is a widget on LXQt called Keyboard state indicator (kbindicator) and it works on my machine. I had edited the /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/00-keyboard.conf before, but you can also add a keyboard layout with this widget.

Hi! I trully fond at culmus and the keyboard layout indicator, but still leave without BT and saving nvidia settings. Thank you so much.
