Just technical quirks, I've just approved it.

could be both your internet and server problem. Set timeout to one second and you get even more errors. Yet those mirrors "may" work.
Don't worry too much about it

Mirrors do go offline, and we have had a spike in the offliners at times.
If you let the rankings go through, you can try updating pacman-mirrors package, and run the ranking again, to see which servers have been taking out of the Manjaro mirror list.
