@varikonniemi Which edition are you using?
It will be best to remove the old
/etc/skel completely and then install the new settings package. In the future it will be updated without problem.
So if you have Xfce, you would do this:
sudo rm -rf /etc/skel
and then
sudo pacman -S manjaro-xfce-settings
Or if you use another edition replace <xfce> with what you have. But careful! Not all community editions settings are available as packages, yet!
This will install
manjaro-base-skel automatically as a dependency and bring your skel folder up-to-date.
So when you would create a new user sometime in the future, it will be level with manjaro development
