I think that it start working, after I taked the screenshot of the network configuration of the virtualbox I change the mac configuration of manjaro and change my ip location I typed the command

sudo pacman -SyuvAnd pacman started doing the upgrade, I dont know what is the relation of the things I just made with the problem but right now is working.

told ya. network settings were wrong.
-Syuv is just -Syu but verbose.
