Bit late  after recent update... but for some reason whenever i open a terminal i get Tint2 crashing and wont restart (Segfault core dumped)  if i have browser open and i reduce screen i can still hear anything like you tube..but cat get it back unless i restart comp...

Yes, I see nothing wrong too. You can always try with other kernels if nothing else work.
Sorry, my skills here are much worse. I don't use encrypt.
Maybe if you start a new topic, others (with better skills) may help.

Perhaps your problem is solved?
Try this: update cryptsetup to version 1.7.0-1.1. After it appears in the repository or try

sudo pacman -U http://repo.manjaro.org.uk/pool/overlay/cryptsetup-1.7.0-1.1-$(uname -m).pkg.tar.xzNow rebuild your wanted kernel
