@Verändert: All is fine now. But there will be some further changes in how we will check things before pushing to testing...

after resume it says "ACPI: Unable to dock" and then goes back to sleep. After pressing the power button again it resume normally back to kdm login screen

Which kernel do you use? The 3.6 kernel has new features for suspending....

I'm affraid not. I think it must be another issue cause it worked fine also with 3.5 kernel...
