Thanks alot this fixed my first problem.

I have another problem that the OS will become laggy for no reason and the OS is using only 5% ram and cpu. Does anyone know what maybe causing the problem or how to find out what is?

My screen will cut off, this may be a display driver, but I have used other version of manjaro and never had a problem.

Edit: I updated the kernel from 3.1.3 to 4.3.3 and it seems to be running fine for the past hour.
