I've used it for several days and quite satisfied with it. Things just works and i haven't find any issues lately.
Much kudos to you all.  ;D

My subjective opinion is that a dock/launcher being permanently displayed on the screen would suck. For me that's just a waste of screen real-estate.
I launch all my common apps with keyboard shortcuts.
I prefer the dash to dock extension, however, Manjaro Gnome by default should be as vanilla as possible. To make it more 'chocolaty', perhaps adding a small readme/tutorial (along with the installation) recommending personal favorites and showing how to install/enable extensions may not be a bad idea (https://forum.manjaro.org/index.php?topic=28600.msg238631#msg238631).

BTW, do you use Gnome as your primary, Rob? Also, I'm not sure who maintains the Manjaro website, but here's a suggestion; consider having a link on forums.manjaro.org that points to the Manjaro homepage :)

On my work system, which runs openSUSE, yes.

I may swap Manjaro on my enthusiast system to Gnome too, once that system is setup properly again.

Yeah. Like everybody mentioned early, the thing about the vanilla GNOME is subjective. But I love vanilla GNOME, I have tried Antergos just for their GNOME-Shell theme, but you no? It actually is not that satisfying. Vanilla GNOME on the other hand look very cool! But then again, this maybe just me :)

PS: The Manjaro Gnome Edition works like a charm ! :)

Tried once again to install manjaro gnome on my desktop pc, which is currently running manjaro kde
Once again in my desktop pc, i run in the same problem.
When i boot from the live usb with the open source drivers, when done loading its stuck either with a blank screen, or with a black/white artifact teardown screen. (i dont know how to describe it)
When i boot from the live usb with the proprietary catalyst drivers, i can reach the desktop, but i have artifacts in the upper middle screen. some dots that are red green are constatly blinking...
My hardware is listed under my profile.
I will post some screenshots later
