Solarized Adwaita
« on: 10. January 2016, 10:51:24 »
I like numix solarized, but I prefer the widget style of adwaita to that of numix. Any tips on how to customize adwaita to use solarized colors? Or better yet, is there solarized adwaita available somewhere?

I have the Gnome 3.18 and on this theme (no Solarized) i want to make some changes to the gtk-3.0 / gtk.css.
In particular at the Adwaita I want to change the color @ define-color selected_bg_color # but in gtk.css does not contain anything inside despite only this line:
Code: [Select]
/* Adwaita is the default theme of GTK+ 3, this file is not used */

since about 3.16 the adwaita theme is now in a gresource file which needs to be unpacked ,copied and renamed before you work on it,google how to open a gresource file.

I've updated this theme and added Gtk 3.20 support, should work O.K been using for the past few day haven't noticed any theming problems. Just add the folder to /usr/share/themes/
