Then I would say yes, a complete desktop! Not too large, better 1.2 GB than 2.5 GB. I would like new users to have a pleasant first experience. And complete distros are usually getting better reviews which many new users read before deciding what to install. And as I wrote before I think Budgie is a perfect desktop for newbies. Experienced users can easily get rid of the stuff they don't want.

I use your Rc 2 Iso daily without problem, is smooth and ligher and stable...(With some little modification with dconf is perfect...)
I think a complete ISO is the best to give a try to everyone to use Budgie with Manjaro in a very simple way...
In my opinion the Office suite is not necessary to add in this complete iso because you download it only when and if is needed, but other program like Audacious,Liferea,Mpv Media Player and Viewnior are good to have an all purpose suite...

Ikey Doherty--SolusOS & Budgie developer--should be releasing SolusOS 1.0 sometime today or shortly. It promises quite a bit 'more' than his beta/daily builds. Still, it's not production ready at this time but I can easily see it being morphed into 'Best New Linux DE of 2016' if Ikey can sustain the pace...
