networkmanager
« on: 28. August 2015, 22:31:45 »
For the openrc-version of i3 I had included the following packages
Code: [Select]
networkmanager-openrc
network-manager-applet
networkmanager-consolekit
networkmanager-dispatcher-ntpd
networkmanager-openconnect
networkmanager-openvpn
openvpn-openrc
networkmanager-pptp
networkmanager-vpnc

Now with a recent update I had to remove networkmanager-openconnect and networkmanager-pptp because their new versions now appear to depend on networkmanager, which itself conflicts with networkmanager-consolekit...

Now my questions are:
am I losing any features by removing nm-openconnect and nm-pptp that should be replaced by other packages?
Or are the dependency/conflict flags of those packages maybe incorrect?
