Alt+Tab equivalent in i3?

According to this document there's no way to cycle through every app in all workspaces http://i3wm.org/docs/user-contributed/lzap-config.html

Or is there? This would be a good function for general usability, not only for someone coming from a stacking window manager.

if you take Rofi from aur, only every update must be rebuild i think
