How to fix some gnome apps

Hello, I recently installed LXQT from pacman (I had gnome3) and I realised some problems with gnome3 applications (specially with the ones which have headerbar). For example, one app has this appearance, and is a bit disturbing

It's not a problem of lxqt, who don't use Gnome3.

It's not a problem of lxqt, who don't use Gnome3.

Ok, maybe is a problem of OpenBox. But, how this should be fixed?
May I ask on other forum board?
