[solved] kernel 3.6 uininstall issue
« on: 08. September 2012, 13:16:22 »
tried to uninstall kernel 3.6 earlier. Got this.

Code: [Select]
[jitenderdogra@manjaro ~]$ sudo pacman -R linux36 linux36-headers linux36-extramodules
Password:
error: target not found: linux36-headers
[jitenderdogra@manjaro ~]$

Any idea what went wrong?

edit 1:

I uninstalled the kernel and associated modules using the add/remove software and ran a grub update. That got rid of the kernel and the headers. Even so, I  believe the above issue might need some looking into.

Ubuntu to Mint to Manjaro.

Ubuntu made me enter into linux, but its Manjaro that is keeping me here.
