Manjaro cinnamon error at start manjaroISO

Hi guys , i have created a local repo folder and then i used
repo-add -n local-repo.db.tar.gz *.pkg.tar.xz and this is ok.
pacman -Syy works fine the repo is recognized.
The problem :
when start manjaro iso

I have wrong the label in pacman.conf
my folder for repo iso local-repo no local
I have correct and its work
