cant get further than sddm after last update
« on: 15. December 2014, 18:20:03 »
I updated via the repolxqt and now when I enter my password in sddm I get a short black screen before being thrown back to sddm

I tried deleting repolxqt from pacman.conf and updating with yaourt as well as deleting the lxqt session.conf

edit: this was a mistake by me and the team. we should have noticed this earlier.
updated lxqt packages will get pushed to the testing branch within the next 24 hours (if everything goes according to plan).

please try again in 24 hours.
then, update your system using a tty with
Code: [Select]
sudo pacman -Syu

if you do not know how to get a tty/terminal, just press the following key combination in sddm (instead of logging in):
CTRL+ALT+Fx
(replace x with a number between 1 and 12). just try which function key (e.g. F2 or F3) works.
