I find better the layout and the form of the cards in aisleriot, no ?

Yes but i like the animations and the Qt spirit   :P

My bad : lxterminal is not needed by octopi, but by turbulence. If I suppress lxterminal, turbulence can't install something. I don't know why.

But I think to suppress turbulence, because no more maintained.
Ah ok. I removed turbulence , because i don't use it.

So, removing lximage-qt, and add phototonic. Why not, I like phototonic.   ::)

But what's the problem with pcmanfm-qt dependency ?

no it's just me, i don't like the KDE philosphy, when you want to install a basic package, it installs a lot of things.
I know that pcmanfm-qt is installed by default. but as an old openbox-standalone user, i prefer to use packages with few dependencies

100% of the same opinion.  ;)

qmmp causes a problem with Chromium : so, nice, but probably to remove. I search a very light player, cantata is too complicate for casual user. I don't know if I get Cantata or not, only few users need a music "manager". Deadbeef-qt is on my list of possible (seems have problems with flac).
bettween qmmp & deadbeef-qt, i vote for deadbeef (I hate the winamp interface)

But personnally, I always use "Clementine" for audio and "vlc" for video, because i can control them easily from my Android-phone, without installing any third-app in my desktop.

DeadBeef is a very capable player; haven't known that it could be installed without GTK and most users wouldn't know that either. So putting it in ISO would be sensible I guess, as anyone can install clementine or others afterwards.

Cantata is a lot better than Clementine. vlc is too heavy, else it's an old but good player.

Cantata is surely the king of audio players, but putting DeadBeef would also inform users of its Qt-ability, beside giving users not wanting to deal with mpd a more modest yet audiophile player.

For those ultra-minimalists (not even wanting to install an additional app, cmus, for instance), https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/np1-mps-git/ may be used in console with either mplayer or mpv as backend.

IMHO cantata+mpd are for a diehard users that install arch from scratch. Not for users that want a ready-to-use distribution like this one.  :P

BTW, can we open a file localy in cantata ? i mean in pcmanfm/open with/cantata ?

And as a replacement for "xfburn" did you tried "silicon-empire" ? https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=49962            http://getsilicon.org/

I dont use a burner, so i can't say if it works well, sorry.

For silicon, nice, but seems ineffective. 7 Mo installed instead of 2 Mo.

Do we really need a burning application ?

Last time I've checked I'm unable to install arch from scratch (and have no wish to do it) but still do use mpd+ncmpcpp/cantata. It's not that hard to set up and is great.
Still, I'd agree that for first timers deadbeef is way easier (and still great).
Cheers,

IMHO, a usb "burning" application, a text editor, a partition application (e.g. gparted) and an internet browser are the basic programs a live cd needs.
i do not think lxqt needs a burning application.

how do other people think about it?

i do not think lxqt (ISO) needs a burning application.

how do other people think about it?

The idea of using "Program Installers" is more appropriate for ISO's, keeping things light and easy to install.
Example, if your doing another Distro Hopping Video, you click Menu > Office > and see "libreoffice-installer", and comment - if you want it, install it.
