I wanted to say amazing work here! One thing I was thinking... imagine a PURE QT LXQt Manjaro... It would be the first Pure QT out there and from what I have looked at it is completely possible. I know it wouldnt be as lightweight but I'm sure people would love to test out QT5 at its best. Something to think about. Maybe a side project.
there is a wiki entry how to achive this:
https://wiki.manjaro.org/index.php?title=How_to_make_LXQt_purer_and_leaner_without_GTK

unfortunately, in the official manjaro lxqt working solutions have to be preferred over non-gtk solutions which require a little work.

I'm a bit surprised by the last section about qtcreator : it's not a text editor but the complete Qt/C++ integrated development environment ?

yes, you are right.

but it can be bent into many forms. one is a (relatively large) text editor.
i have not tested this tip, but i think i prefer other text editors: my choice is notepadqq.
