After setup a customized /etc/pacman.d/mirrors/Custom file, save in /etc/pacman-mirrors.conf -> OnlyCountry=Custom line and run commands:
sudo pacman-mirrors -g && sudo pacman -Syy

I got an error about missing database on server.

I found the typo in the created file  /etc/pacman.d/mirrolist

Typo is:

Server = http://mirror.netzspielplatz.de/manjaro/packages/stable/$repo/$arc

Manually fixed line is:

Server = http://mirror.netzspielplatz.de/manjaro/packages/stable/$repo/$arch

Hi,  :)

I don't have the problem:

Code: [Select]
(...)
Custom List
-----------

-> Germany : http://mirror.netzspielplatz.de/manjaro/packages/stable/$repo/$arch

:: Generated and saved '/etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist' Custom list.
[root@xf32 pat]# pacman-mirrors -g
:: Querying servers, this may take some time...
Custom
-> 0.120 http://mirror.netzspielplatz.de/manjaro/packages/stable/$repo/$arch
:: Generated and saved '/etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist' mirrorlist.
[root@xf32 pat]# pacman -Syy
:: Synchronisation des bases de données de paquets...

You used pacman-mirrors -i or did it manually ?

I used this tutorial: http://forum.manjaro.org/index.php?topic=5287.0

OK. I found it:

After line with server url the blank line is required.

Code: [Select]
[Custom]
Server = http://mirror.netzspielplatz.de/manjaro/packages/$branch/$repo/$arch

I don't have a new-line after, in my mirrorlist :

Code: [Select]
##$
## Manjaro Linux repository mirrorlist$
## Generated on 04 avril 2014 17:46$
##$
## Use pacman-mirrors to modify$
##$
$
$
## Location  : Germany$
## Time      : 0.115$
## Last Sync : 0:03$
Server = http://mirror.netzspielplatz.de/manjaro/packages/stable/$repo/$arch$

All customized files have blank line at the end of file:
In terminal You don't see it, in gedit or kate yes:

I talk about /etc/pacman.d/mirrors/Custom file instead mirrorlist file.

You can see it in vi, with the set list directive (the $ at end of line of my screenshot).  ;) I have a new-line, my bad.
