Title: New Forum and Stylish
Post by: glsmaxx on 14. May 2016, 17:30:13
I depend on stylish to darken down the sites I go to regularly. I do not post much but have  been coming here daily for 2 or 3 years. The userstyles offered on stylish do not change anything on the new forum.

Seeing as how I have serious vision issues I guess Manjaro forums are going to have to be a thing of the pst. Unless this is just something that will change with time. IS a shame as I will miss learning new things
and  every now and then being able to offer a suggestion to help someone out.

Can anyone enlighten me as to if this is something that may change or are we stuck staring into the sun?

I can not speak for the development team, that said I am sure that stylish will get fixed all around. I to am  frustrated because this renaming of the forum to : https://old.forum.manjaro.org/ broke the styles for both forums! I don't use the default settings ether.
I did find that if you edit the style: Manjaro Forums Dark so that the word old is inserted in the url line at the top of the page the dark returns.@-moz-document url-prefix('https://old.forum.manjaro.org/') {body, td, th, tr { color: #CCC !important; }
1) open Stylish in browser
2) click edit Manjaro Forums Dark
3) insert "old" i.e @-moz-document url-prefix('https://forum.manjaro.org/') {body, td, th, tr { color: #CCC !important; } Becomes :
@-moz-document url-prefix('https://old.forum.manjaro.org/') {body, td, th, tr { color: #CCC !important; }

hth

edit: the dark is returned for the old forum only. A new style needs to be made for the new forum.

I hate to say it but if I can't dim it down I guess I won't be back.

Is a damned shame
