Title: National University if Singapore mirror - now what do I do?
Post by: nur on 25. February 2016, 04:32:26
This is Jeremias, the maintainer of download.nus.edu.sg.

I can add manjaro to the list of repositories we are hosting, but this mirror is kind of unreliable. Reasons as follows.

- Its a virtualized server
- Its owned by the universities and the maintainer has not much control over the VPS.
- Resources are a scarce commodity in sunny singapore

We’re syncing from ftp.tsukuba.wide.ad.jp/manjaro. You can monitor the progress @ http://download.nus.edu.sg/mirror/manjaro/. It’s synced every 4 hours.

Yours truly,
Jeremias

Hi Nur,

Please note that if the usage of the mirror for manjaro is too low, we’ll remove it from our repository.

I’ll be monitoring it over the next few weeks.

Yours truly,
Jeremias

Thx Nur for your support. I'll add it now to our mirror list.
