Title: Binary repos for lxqt moved to sourceforge
Post by: Esclapion on 30. August 2014, 14:38:07
Hi all  :)

The old repos are always available, but no more maintained.

The new repos are located here :

Code: [Select]
[repolxqt]
SigLevel = Optional TrustAll
Server = https://sourceforge.net/projects/repolxqt/files/$arch/

so, to change in you pacman.conf.  ;)

They are Q5 repos, of course.

I never even payed attention that you have made binary repos. I yesterday lost my nerves when compiling from aur with in virtualbox for Antergos base-install and then forgot my rooot password (or some such bug there was >:D) but now from binaries with better luck
 O:-)

I wondered if you could introduce in pkgbuilds

Code: [Select]
groups=('lxqt')
?

PS: You could get rid of the meta package, and fine tune with something like this...

Code: [Select]
groups=('lxqt' 'lxqt-minimal')

It would be to be decided by J. Leclanché.

It would be to be decided by J. Leclanché.

I see, but its easily implemented for git builds, as they won't change much.
The repo wouldn't care where the pkgbuild came from.

I assumed its your pkgbuilds you use for repo.  ;)

No more now. When possible, I use the officials.

(edit)

JLeclanché uses Manjaro  ;D, so he did packages for AUR.

to sum up all my knowledge about lxqt packaging (please correct me, if i am wrong):

- JLeclanché is the package (= PKGBUILD) maintainer of all lxqt packages in the AUR.

- esclapion maintains a lxqt repository (actually 2, but one is outdated):
Code: [Select]
[repolxqt]
SigLevel = Optional TrustAll
Server = https://sourceforge.net/projects/repolxqt/files/$arch/
esclapion compiles all lxqt AUR packages every once in a while and uploads them to this repository.

- there is another lxqt repository available: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Unofficial_user_repositories#lxqt-git
Code: [Select]
[lxqt-git]
Server = http://repo.stobbstechnical.com/$arch
it is almost the same as esclapion's repository, but maintained by another guy.

Yes, but we were a lot before. This repo is a new one, I didn't knew it.

Please don't mix both, or it will probably be some conflicts.
