Cinnamon 64bit welcome message

I gave the cinnamon live dvd a spin - nice work  8)

Just one point, how do you close the welcome message?

Same thing on i686, no window controls. I right clicked on the title bar and clicked "close." You can probably also do alt-f4 to close the current window.

Or open a terminal and write "killall simple-welcome"

Yes, it is my fault. On Cinnamon and Gnome GTK behaves differently. I wanted to have the maximize button removed and had DIALOG choosen. ALT+F4 or clicking on the titlebar closes that thing. Sorry for this small issue. It's a beta-release - some things happen ;)

Yes I had to edit your simple-welcome file so it looked pretty on XFCE. Seems Gnome dealt with it in a different way.
