I live in South Africa & am loving using Manjaro with Cinnamon desktop! If the team continue their amazing work & the community remain positive & supportive, I predict Manjaro will be top 8 in DistroWatch by the end of the year!

I'm living in southern Germany (Bavaria to be exact), working as marketing ninja for a German Linux/Open Source company.
Ex-Fedorian, Manjaro user for some weeks now and totally happy with it.

Greetings sofasufi from the Isle of Man
Like many been distro-hopping for a while (trying to get something I like better than *buntu) and have to disagree with you to some extent
The path that Manjaro is going it'll be in the top 2 or 3 distros by the time it gets to release 1 (posted as earlyish 2014)  it simply sets the standard that other distro's should be achieving.
I don't mean to place any scorn on other distros, just that Manjaro is slick, fast and easy to use (apart from plebs like me that is lol)
All the best mate.....and of course to all in the community which must be set to grow and grow  :D

Greetings to you all - we're part of a growing, vibrant community, which is fantastic. Paulh - I couldn't agree with you more! Consistently in top 8 by the end of the year on DW would be an achievement in itself, but top 3 is very achievable by V1.0.

Hello! Retired and live in Florida. My first computer was a Radio Shack color computer number of years ago. I tried different distros and used openSUSE for a long time. Found Manjaro openbox edition. It is light, fast and does not install everything but the kitchen sink when loaded. Load a basic system and I will add what I want. Also love the synapse concept. SUSE now a thing of the past.

Hello Everyone!!

I'm from Denmark but live in Brighton,UK now ( found a girlfriend over here ;)  Been distrohopping the last 3 years, so tried a bit, trust me ;)  But now I seem to be stuck with Manjaro, and for a good reason. Now I'm learning more about linux than ever, and I have to thank all the people here and the fantastic Dev team behind this distro for teaching me!

This team will prosper  8)

Cheers
Simgin

PS: But I have  to confess , I'm......a WM hopper now :D

Hi. I'm from Belgium (Flanders to be exact). I've been using Linux for about 2 years now. First Ubuntu for half a year, then half a year of Fedora, then 1 year Arch Linux. But a few months ago I started my first year at college (studying Chemistry now, next year Biochemistry/Biotechnology), and I didn't have time to manage my Arch installation anymore. A month ago I discovered Manjaro and I'm still happily using it :)
