I wanted to change the backround pic of the login screen but don't know which folder it is in. And i was wondering what is the name of the login manager that fluxbox is runing!

It uses lightdm-gtk-greeter and you can easily select the background with lightdm-gtk-greeter-settings, or edit /etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf manually.
