Your installer writes Fat32 instead of of vfat

 UUID=3005-E2A1                            /boot/efi      Fat32   defaults,noatime 0 2

correct:
UUID=3005-E2A1                            /boot/efi      vfat   defaults,noatime 0 2

and during installation it stops with:

Boost.Python-Fehler in Job "bootloader".
<class 'subprocess.CalledProcessError'>
Command 'grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot/efi --bootloader-id=Manjaro --force' returned non-zero exit status 1.

    "--force"])

  File "<string>", line 2, in <module

Thats a real showstopper!!!

Hi John,

You have posted in the "Classic" - old, out of date & unused Manjaro forum, which exists "only" for reference purposes.
Please create an account here: https://forum.manjaro.org/ & where you will have an audience when you vent your frustrations, & also I expect that a solution to your problem will be supplied.

Good luck (& welcome ;) )
The ultimate tyranny in a society is not control
by martial law. It is control by the psychological
manipulation of consciousness, through which reality
is defined so that those who exist within do not even
realize that they are in prison.
